Our Responsibilities
- To supply employer with a maximum number of pre-screened, quality applicants for interview where employer intends to facilitate interview.
- If employer delegates us to facilities interview on their behalf, we request employer to provide us the nature of workers, specification of required workers and selection guidelines.
- Manage programmatic and logistical requirement of screening, interviewing, trade test.
- Manage required facilities for interview.
- To deliver complete set of bio data with required documents to the employer by given deadline.
- Acknowledge communication from the employer and respond in a prompt and efficient manner,
- Promptly notify employer of any changes in locations, contact numbers of office.
- Promptly notify the employer any changes in government policies and procedures.
- To mobilize workers within the given deadline by the employer. Notify employer 72 hours prior to the admission.
- Assist employer to resolve in the event of misunderstanding, dispute and disagreement between the employer and workers.
- Explain the worker rules and regulations of the country & terms of employment of company 7 to videotape the entire orientation.
Receive feedback positively and to take positive action immediately.
