Our Responsibilities

  1. To supply employer with a maximum number of pre-screened, quality applicants for interview where employer intends to facilitate interview.
  2. If employer delegates us to facilities interview on their behalf, we request employer to provide us the nature of workers, specification of required workers and selection guidelines.
  3. Manage programmatic and logistical requirement of screening, interviewing, trade test.
  4. Manage required facilities for interview.
  5. To deliver complete set of bio data with required documents to the employer by given deadline.
  6. Acknowledge communication from the employer and respond in a prompt and efficient manner,
  7. Promptly notify employer of any changes in locations, contact numbers of office.
  8. Promptly notify the employer any changes in government policies and procedures.
  9. To mobilize workers within the given deadline by the employer. Notify employer 72 hours prior to the admission.
  10. Assist employer to resolve in the event of misunderstanding, dispute and disagreement between the employer and workers.
  11. Explain the worker rules and regulations of the country & terms of employment of company 7 to videotape the entire orientation.

Receive feedback positively and to take positive action immediately.
