Required Documents for Employment
Every country has its own rules and regulations in supplying workers to the destination country. We are all bound with the rules and regulations of Labour Department of our government. In order to make it happen, there are certain documents that our government requires in order to approve the overseas requirements and to mobilize the workers to the concerned country. The documents required are as follows:
- Demand letter(sample attached) [Required for all the countries]
- Power of Attorney(sample attached) [Required for all the countries]
- Employment Contract paper(sample attached) [Required for all the countries]
- Affidavit/Sworn Statement(sample attached) [Required for Malaysia only]
- Latter of Labour Department(sample attached) [Required for all the countries]
- Letter to Malaysian Embassy in Nepal(sample attached) [Required for Malaysia only]
- Agency Agreement Letter(sample attached) [Required for all the countries]
- Approval Letter(sample attached) [Required for all the countries]
- English version of Translation of KDN Approval(sample attached) [Required for Malaysia only]
- Promissory Note (sample attached) [Required for Middle East/Gulf only]
The Notary Public must duly attest the aforementioned documents. However the KND Approval Letter and its English Translated Copy must be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
